How do I make a return?
To make a return, please log into your La Garçonne account's "Order History" within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization number. For further instructions, please see our Return Policies.
How can I make an exchange? Will you hold the item I am exchanging for?
To initiate an exchange, please log into your La Garçonne account. You may choose to exchange the item(s) for a different size. Please note, we do not hold the item you are exchanging for.
I no longer want my exchange. Can I update my exchange to a refund to my original form of payment?
Please contact us at email@example.com to update your exchange to a refund. We are unfortunately unable to update a refund to an exchange.
Has my return been delivered and when will I receive my refund?
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and a refund issued to your original form of payment.
I received an item as a gift but I want to return or exchange the size. What do I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your RMA for your gift return/exchange.
The item I want to purchase is final sale. Can this be returned or exchanged?
Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
For domestic orders, please log into your La Garçonne account to generate and print your $8 prepaid FedEx return label. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international orders at this time.
