Why am I being asked to provide an authorization code?
For your first order, you will be asked to provide us with the 6-digit authorization code issued by your bank for your La Garçonne order. This will assist us in confirming you are the rightful cardholder and thus protect both you and La Garçonne against online fraud.

Why do I see a charge on my credit card when my order was canceled?
We do not make charges to credit cards until orders have been shipped. Amounts appear initially as a pending authorization. Once your order has been canceled, a full authorization reversal is conducted and the funds will be released back into your account within 2-3 business days.
