RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) which are not worn, washed or damaged, and with all tags attached. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Underwear and swimwear are not returnable. Item(s) returned without an RA and without the completed return/exchange claim form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return Or Exchange
1. Sign in to your La Garçonne account within 7 days of your order delivery to obtain an RA number. Complete the following steps: i) Choose My Account, select the order containing the item(s) listed below; ii) select "Manage Returns and iii) enter your selection i.e., Return or Exchange from the drop down menu. An RA number for each item requested, if eligible, will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date. If you elect to use the pre-paid FedEx return label, a return shipping fee of $8 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.
3. If you choose to use another courier, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability. Ship your return to the following address:

4. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned. Enclose this form with your return(s) and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
5. For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability. We will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged to the credit card that was used for your original purchase.
6. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. 7. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
Sale Price Adjustment Policy
La Garçonne will offer a sale price adjustment on merchandise purchased up to 7 days prior to the start date of a sale or promotion. The exact style and size of an item must be available in inventory for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved sale price adjustment will be applied to your La Garçonne account in the form of a store credit, which will be valid for 6 months. Please note that we will not be able to provide price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
If you have received an item from La Garçonne as a gift, you can return it (assuming you are in compliance with our return policy) in exchange for store credit, which will be applied to your La Garçonne account. If you are not already a registered La Garçonne customer, you can create an account online or contact Customer Service for assistance. If you use the store credit to place a new order, please note that you will be required to pay the difference if your purchase price exceeds the amount of your store credit.
Store credits will only be issued in the currency used to purchase your order. Store credits can only be used towards purchases made in that same currency. If you currently have store credit in USD $, that credit will be available to you in the purchase currency of your choice. Available store credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
